1. Who provides the app

KERDOS Sales Closer AI, also called the KERDOS Sales Coach, is operated by KERDOS Revenue Group LLC, a Kansas limited liability company ("KERDOS," "we," "us"). These terms cover this app. Revenue audits, consulting, and other services are covered by their separate service agreements.

Please read these terms before using the app. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you use it for a business, you must have authority to do so. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Sales coaching and your responsibility

The app provides suggested responses, questions, and coaching based on available text. Suggestions, classifications, and scores may be inaccurate or incomplete. Scores are coaching indicators, not independently verified measures of employee performance. Review every suggestion before using it.

You remain responsible for statements, offers, and commitments made to prospects. Independently verify prices, financing eligibility and disclosures, product details, warranties, and compliance requirements. The app does not provide legal, financial, employment, or regulatory advice and does not guarantee sales or revenue results.

Roleplay practice

Roleplay is fictional practice for sales across industries. The web version uses an adaptive scripted buyer. The iPhone version can use Apple’s on-device generative model when supported and available, with a labeled scripted fallback. Responses and feedback are not customer facts, validated performance ratings or specialist advice. Use fictional information. Unsaved practice messages remain in active session memory. You can explicitly save product knowledge and session reviews locally, without KERDOS cloud sync; you remain responsible for authorization to retain or export that information.

3. Permission to listen and transcribe

Before enabling the microphone or speech recognition, tell participants what the app will do and obtain all permissions required where they are located. Only submit conversations and information you are authorized to use. Stop listening if permission is withdrawn.

Speakerphone mode uses the device microphone; it does not join a cellular call. Device and browser speech services may process audio under their own terms. See our Privacy Policy for the current data practices.

4. Permitted use

Use the app for lawful business sales coaching. Do not use it to deceive, harass, discriminate, impersonate others, make unauthorized claims, infringe rights, or submit information without permission. Do not bypass access controls, disrupt the service, distribute malware, or resell access without our written permission.

Avoid entering passwords, payment-card details, Social Security numbers, or unnecessary sensitive customer information.

5. App rights and your content

KERDOS Revenue Group LLC provides a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable permission to use the app for your authorized business purposes, subject to these terms and any applicable purchase terms. KERDOS reserves the rights it owns in the app's code, design, original content, and branding. Third-party software, trademarks, and materials remain subject to their owners' rights and licenses. References to sales methods or trainers do not imply affiliation or endorsement.

You retain any rights you have in information you submit. You authorize processing of that information only as needed to provide the features you request, consistent with the Privacy Policy. These terms do not transfer ownership of your customer records to KERDOS.

6. Purchases and subscriptions

These terms do not create a charge or subscription. Any paid offer must show its price, billing period, renewal terms, and cancellation process before you purchase. If a subscription is offered through Apple, Apple handles billing, subscription management, and refund requests under its applicable terms. A separate order or purchase agreement governs any direct KERDOS purchase. Mandatory cancellation and refund rights remain available.

7. Availability and changes

Features depend on compatible devices, permissions, networks, and third-party services. Transcription and coaching may be unavailable or delayed. We may maintain or update the app and address misuse or security problems. Any paid-service commitments remain subject to the applicable purchase agreement and law.

You can stop using the app at any time. Stopping use does not cancel an existing paid subscription; follow the cancellation process shown by the billing provider. See Data & account deletion for data controls.

8. Applicable law and your rights

Kansas law governs these terms, subject to applicable federal law and any mandatory protections that apply to you. Nothing in these terms waives rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

9. Updates to these terms

We will identify updates with a new effective date and provide notice of material changes in the app. Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively alter an accepted purchase agreement or authorize new charges.
