Data & account deletion
Current version
The current KERDOS release does not create a KERDOS cloud account or store call transcripts on KERDOS servers. Close the app or browser tab to end the active session. Clear the transcript before closing if another person may use the same device.
Future member accounts
Before KERDOS introduces account creation or cloud transcript history, Settings will include a Delete Account action that removes the account and associated personal data. Requests that require verification will also be available through the contact form at kerdosrevenuegroup.com.
Third-party services
Deleting KERDOS data does not automatically delete information held by a connected phone, CRM, device, browser, or speech-recognition provider. Manage those services through their own privacy controls.
