What KERDOS processes
When you enable live coaching, KERDOS accesses your device microphone and uses the speech-recognition service available on your device or browser to create text. The current version does not intentionally store microphone audio, call recordings, or transcripts on KERDOS servers. Call text and scores remain in the active session unless you choose to copy, print, export, or save them. Optional saved product knowledge and reviews remain on your device or in this browser; there is no KERDOS cloud sync.
Roleplay practice
Scenario details and practice messages remain in active session memory unless you explicitly save a completed session. The web roleplay uses a local scripted buyer. On compatible iPhones, optional generative roleplay uses Apple’s on-device Foundation Models framework; KERDOS does not send these practice messages to an external AI API. Dictated practice replies use Apple Speech Recognition and its permissions. Use fictional details and avoid unnecessary sensitive information.
Your permission and call-participant consent
Microphone access begins only after you confirm the disclosure and grant operating-system permission. You are responsible for notifying every participant and obtaining any consent required by the laws that apply to the call. You may stop listening at any time.
Data sharing
KERDOS does not sell personal information or use call content for advertising. Your operating system, browser, or speech-recognition provider may process audio under its own privacy terms. Future integrations with phone, AI, CRM, or subscription providers will be disclosed here before they are enabled.
Retention and deletion
The current version has no KERDOS cloud account. Unsaved conversations remain in active session memory. Product knowledge and up to 50 saved sessions remain locally until you delete them in Workspace or Settings. Browser storage is not an encrypted vault and may be accessible to other users of the browser profile. Native iPhone saved files use device file protection and are marked to exclude them from backups. Exports you share are outside these deletion controls. Clear active text or close the application to remove unsaved session content. If account storage is introduced, the app will provide an in-app deletion control before that feature is released.
Children
KERDOS is a professional sales tool and is not directed to children under 13.
